About the Speaker:
Larry Apke, with 12+ years as an Agile Coach, specializes in guiding organizations through Agile adoption for enhanced value and customer satisfaction. Formerly a Principal Agile Coach at T-Mobile, he spearheaded Agile transformations. One of his highlights was helping T-Mobile with the largest (over $1 billion spending) and fastest (about 7 months) transitions from Project/Scope to Product/Capacity funding. As the founder of The Job Hackers, Larry offered free Agile training to underserved groups. He provided over $6 million of free training to over 4000 people in over 50 countries. He’s authored three Agile books and is a respected Agile community speaker and leader.
