Pumpkin Pie is what attracts my attention this week in the United States as we celebrate Thanksgiving. Yet I’m also thankful for the many voices that contribute to the project management profession. This post is a second look at Project Management content areas that have attracted the most attention on Twitter over the week ending 24th November. 17,800 tweets were archived using the Scraperwiki tool using the search term “Project Management” , #pmot and #agile over the period of 18th to 24th November. Duplicates were removed using excel and text analysis of both content and hashtags was done using Voyant tools by Dr. Nigel Williams in the U.K.
Are these topics, I mean hashtags, dominating conversations in your project space? Comments welcome.

As a project manager, I use Scrum in my projects. The Guide to Scrum Body of Knowledge by SCRUMstudy provided a complete reference for the Scrum project I am working with. It is a very good book and extremely readable. I really liked sections on risk and quality. The tools mentioned in the processes were very helpful. I highly recommend this book if you are planning to implement Scrum in your organization. You can go through the first chapter available on http://www.SCRUMstudy.com
