Too Much of Too Much…

Too muchMark you calendar for Monday, July 16, 2007 to go to Michael’s at Shoreline in Mountain View, CA.  That evening I will present “Aligning Projects with Strategy” for the PMI Silicon Valley monthly chapter meeting  (www.pmisv.org).

This presentation is not meant to frustrate project managers with a high level approach that only those in upper managerment can implement.  Rather the intent is to address what project managers can do to ensure that the projects they work on align with organizational strategic goals (even when those goals may not be clearly articulated).
