I checked out your blogspot postings to &#039;read ahead&#039; on your ideas for a book. Great ideas. Your problem-solving wheel seems to be an extension of the famous Deming cycle (PCDA) with the Planning and Analysis stages broken out into more detail. This is a needed emphasis as too few projects take the time to do these parts well. Having defined stages for them should really help.
